פרופ' חגית בריס פלדמן היא מנהלת המכון הגנטי והמרכז הגנומי במרכז הרפואי ת"א ע"ש סוראסקי (איכילוב), היא פרופ' חבר בפקולטה לרפואה ע"ש סאקלר באוניברסיטת ת"א.
פרופ' חגית בריס פלדמן היא יו"ר איגוד הגנטיקאים בישראל, וחברה באגודה האירופאית והאמריקאית לגנטיקה בבני אדם. היא פרסמה מעל ל-60 מאמרים רפואיים תחת בקרת עמיתים והיא מעורבת בהוראת והכשרת סטודנטים לרפואה ומתמחים בגנטיקה רפואית.
